Mother's Day... awesome

We started our Mother's Day celebration by going downtown to artisphere. It was an awesome night, The big kids loved seeing the bands in the streets, Annalee kept asking for the herns (the brass band). There was a live statue too that she thought was pretty awesome. Jude's favorite part was the pomegranate frozen yogurt we had from Blueberry Frog. And sweet little Ezra, I carried him in the front pack carrier and he tilted his head back and stared at all the trees overhead for most of the night. It was a perfect night.

First thing Mother's Day morning Annalee and Jude charged my room and climbed onto my bed carrying their cards and gifts. They had both signed their cards themselves, as you can see from these pics and a short video Jay didn't actually intend to make...

I loved all of my gifts, especially the notepad and soap that Annalee picked out for me all by herself.

We also dedicated Ezra at church on Mother's Day (more pics of that in a separate post). All of my babies have been dedicated on Mother's Day, so it was very special to me.

After church we went to lunch at Jay's parents to spend some time with his mom, and the the kids were great, and the food and company were great.

We came home and all the babes took a nap and so did we...

It was just a really nice relaxing day...and the best part was that whenever I wanted Jay to do something all Ihad to say was...it is Mother's Day ya know...that was fun...
