You see, I can't physically take my kiddos to a park by myself right now. I need at least one other adult who doesn't have small children of their own to help me. Annalee can do most of the stuff on her own and is happy to go it alone, but I have to keep my eyes on her or she will wander off. Jude needs hands on help for most things and has absolutely no fear so you have to be right by his side the whole time or he will just walk right off one of the higher platforms...So yeah this poses a major safety issue for one mama with a 5 month old in tow as well...anyway I digress...so we went on a Friday night so Jay could enjoy the fun and and the babes would be safe.
They of course had a blast! Going down the slides over and over and running, running running, back and forth.
Jude is definitely our little dare devil right now...
He had so much fun playing with daddy!
Annalee really didn't "need" us to be there. She immediately made friends with 3 or 4 other kids that were there, and they ran off playing together. While I trailed along keeping my distance, but making sure she was being kind and that she was safe.
She would barely even stop for a picture, most of the ones I got of her were a blur...
It is certainly different than her first trip to the park when she looked like this...
I feel like a hawk watching Brynleigh at the park too, she requires attention the entire time, or like you said she'll just walk off a platform or something. She has no fear at all!!
