We had a wonderful Easter!
I made hot cross buns on Good Friday followed by an awesome Good Friday Service at church.
Then Sunday we went to church where Annalee and I were able to participate in Journey to the Cross, and interactive walk through what it means that Jesus came and died for our sins, it was amazing. The first station was completely dark, and in neon paint were words that are our sins, like lying, and disobedience, etc then we moved onto to meet Jesus in a beautiful meadow where we heard from "jesus" how much he loves us, and then we moved onto the tomb where Jesus was buried and rose again, and finally to the last station where we were at the cross and were able to be cleansed. It wa a wonderful experience, and I think it is really starting to sink in for her.
After church we went to have lunch with Jay's side of the family where we had an awesome time and the kids just played and played and played and of course had an Egg Hunt!
