On Jude's birthday we were outside taking pictures and my camera battery died, so I sat it on the car until we were ready to go inside...and never thought of it again...
Until days later when it had not just shown up and Jay and I were ready to put up the Christmas tree and wanted to take pics of the kids helping...camera was no where to be found, and I remembered putting it on the car...Jay was convinced we had left it on the car and when we left the house later that day it fell off as we were driving.
Well it made it out of the driveway and down the road until there was a sharp curve...and that's where Jay found this...
Soooooooo sad :( I felt terrible. But we did go out and buy another one, Ijust can't let a holiday pass with no camera to capture it!

What a sad thing to lose a camera! Hope you didn't lose too many pics on it. I try to upload my pics and erase my memory card regularly, keeping my pics on an external hard-drive instead of the memory card.
ReplyDeleteThankfully I only lost the few that we had taken outside that afternoon, and there were a few good ones...but If I hadn't already uploaded the birthday pics thy would have been on there too...so very thankful for that!
